Hi, there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at this Replacement Cutting Edge. Now, this is a three eights inch thick cutting edge that's gonna replace the cutting edge for your Sno-Way Snow Plow. This is gonna be comparable to the Sno-Way part numbers that you see on the screen there. So if you have either one of those, this is gonna fit right in place and give you a fresh cutting blade again.
This is 96 inches long by six inches tall, and again, three eighths of an inch thick. This will mount to the bottom of your blade to break apart any ice, and help scrape away packed snow. This is made here in the USA of AISI 1090 high carbon steel construction, so it is gonna be very strong and give you heavy duty impact resistance. It's got a Brinell hardness number between 250 and 300. And it does weigh about 81 pounds, so it is gonna be pretty substantial for you.
You can see, it does have this black powder coat finish that's gonna help resist corrosion, make sure that it's gonna last for you for a long time to come. We do have the mounting holes here that are going to accept your half inch diameter carriage bolts. Those bolts are not included, but we are going to have nine bolt holes. Most of these are spaced 12 inches center on center, but right here out at the end, it gets a little bit more narrow. It's only 10 inches center to center.
Same on this far side here. Those outermost holes are just a little bit closer together. So if you are needing to replace your cutting edge for your snow plow, this is gonna be exactly what you need. That completes our look for today. Again, I'm Michael with etrailer.com.
