The Tekonsha Voyager Trailer Brake Controller # 39510 has the 4 wires for 12V power (black), brake output (blue), brake light input (red), and ground (white). To determine the correct wire functions of your Toyota's wiring harness to match, you will need to use a circuit tester like # PTW2993.
The 12V power function will have constant power, the brake light will only have power when the brake pedal is pressed down, and you can connect a jump wire from a battery to the 5 o'clock pin of your 7-way to give you a constant 12V power to determine the brake output wire which would not have any power otherwise. This will help you determine the correct fits.
