I have a 2011 wells cargo enclosed trailer. I need to replace latch on side door. Need to be able to lock and use from inside and out. Can i use PLR 5115

Based on the picture you sent in it looks like the the Polar latch part # PLR5115 would be the correct replacement you'd need.

You'd still want to compare the dimensions of it to what you have though.

This measures:

Dimensions: 5-1/2" long x 4-1/4" wide
Cutout dimensions: 4-5/8" long x 3-3/8"
