The Curt Class III Trailer Hitch # C13204 referenced in your question, which is confirmed to fit your 2014 Nissan Rogue, does feature a tongue weight capacity of 525 pounds. With that being said, I took a look at the online owner's manual for your Rogue and found that the vehicle itself has a tongue weight capacity of just 110 pounds. Since you will always be limited by a system's weakest component, you will need to adhere to the vehicle's lower tongue weight capacity even though the hitch is rated for much more.
With this in mind, you will not be able to safely secure your 414 pound motorcycle with a hitch-mounted carrier.
Your best option for transporting the motorcycle will be with a small trailer like the Detail K2 # K2MMT5X7. You can then install the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118480, which will give you a 4-Way connector to connect with and power the trailer's signal lights. This custom harness will install by connecting directly to the built-in ports located behind the trim panels in the cargo area on the driver and passenger side.
For a ball mount I recommend the Curt Class III Ball Mount with 2 Inch Ball # C45036, which features a 2 inch drop.
I have attached installation videos for the products mentioned that you can also check out.
