The Thule Hitching Post Pro # TH934XTR is compatible with Class I, II, and III trailer hitches. It also has an adjustable shank that can accommodate both 1-1/4" and 2" trailer hitches which makes it very versatile.
When looking at the trailer hitches that are a fit for your 2016 Toyota Yaris it looks like there are only Class I, 1-1/4" hitches available with the Curt # C11480. Even though the Hitching Post Pro is compatible with this trailer hitch, you will only be able to carry 2 bikes with this bike rack.
All Class I trailer hitches, no matter the manufacturer or the vehicle, are only allowed to carry 2 bikes due to the extra stress that more bikes sitting further back will put on the lightweight hitch receiver. As long as you stay within the 2-bike weight capacity and use the # 18050 stabilizer strap, you are good to go.
Since you need to carry 3 bikes, I recommend going with a roof rack like the Rhino-Rack ROC 25 # RR87GR and a roof mount bike rack like the popular Swagman Upright # S64720 to carry the 3rd bike.
