What Tire Size is Needed for Dexstar 15 x 6 Wheel on 1978 Airstream?

AM20514 I bought these rims for a 1978 airstream. What size tire do i need for these rims?

The Dexstar Conventional Steel Wheel # AM20514 is a 15" x 6" wheel so you will need a tire that fits a 15" diameter. The tires we carry which fit are either 205/75-15 or 225/75-15 and you will need to make sure the tires you select have the necessary clearance and load capacity to work on your 1978 Airstream.
Tires that are size 225/75-15 have a 28.4" diameter and are 8.9" wide while 205/75-15 tires are 27.1" in diameter and 8.1" wide.
The load range that is right for you will be one that will be rated over your trailer's GVWR. A load rating of D, for example, would be 2,540 lbs at 65 psi on the 225/75-15 Kenda # AM10256.
