If you are wanting to replace your axles with traditional axles then the first step would be to find what your Hub Face (A) and Spring Center (B) measurements will need to be (see attached picture). From there you will need to mock up your trailer to determine what size you need of the following items:

4 - Double-eye springs
2 - Front hangers
2 - Center hangers
2 - Rear hangers
2 - Equalizers
8 - Shackle straps
14 - Shackle bolts
4 - Spring seats (if needed)
4 - U-bolt sets (8 U-bolts)
4 - U-bolt plates

We do have the Timbren Axle-Less Suspension # ASR5200S01 which is rated for 5,200 lbs but at this time we do not have any traditional axles for that weight capacity.

The great thing about the Timbren systems is that it eliminates a lot of the headache involved with making sure that you get everything just right with trailer suspension. It basically becomes a matter of making sure that these are positioned correctly. I have attached a helpful article that you can use to help you with that. Please note that you can use the Timbrens for single and tandem axle trailers, but not for triple axle trailers.

To add brakes to this Timbren system you will just need the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # AKHD-655-6-EZ-K (2 for every Timbren set) and the Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-7-SA.

If you want to go with the traditional axle let me know and I can help you find the correct parts for your application.

Lastly, I noticed that you said "upgrade" for your trailer. It is important to remember that while you can install higher rated axles they may not increase the weight carrying capacity of your trailer. You will be limited to the lowest rated part of your trailer which includes the trailer frame.

Is there a disk brake hub kit and bearings(Kodiak) that will fit the ASR5200S01?

Yes, the Timbren Axle-Less System # ASR5200S01 is compatible with disc brakes. For the spindles on this setup the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit # K2HR526D will work perfectly. You'll also need to add the Bearing Kit # BK3-100.

For the standard height spindle (doesn't have a lift or drop) you need the Timbren part # ASR5200S01 which is the 5,200 lbs axle option. These come in a set of 2 so for a tandem axle trailer you need 2 of these sets. Then for a hub and drum that is compatible with the spindle you need part # 8-201-5UC3-EZ which works with the EZ Lube spindle. You will need the Grease Seals 10-36 # RG06-070 to substitute for the grease seals that come with the unit though. This hub and drum assembly will work great with the Self-Adjusting Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-7-SA. The parts list will look like this: Timbren Axle-Less System - # ASR5200S01 (2) Dexter Hub and Drum - # 8-201-5UC3-EZ (4) Grease Seals 10-36 - # RG06-070 (2) Electric Trailer Brake Kit - # AKEBRK-7-SA (2) The prices are linked to each product page and the combined price will be reflected in your shopping cart once everything is added. I have attached some installation videos for you to check out as well.
