Recommended Weight Distribution Shank with 6 of Drop for Trunnion System
Question:
The current shank I have for my trunnion weight distribution can only drop the hitch height 1.25 inch can I purchase a shank with more ? Im thinking I need to drop the height at lest 6.

Since most weight distribution (WD) systems use the same style of shank with the same adjustment hole locations and sizes you should be able to just use the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution Shank # FA92-02-4315 which gives a trunnion system a max drop of 9-3/4" and is closer to what you are looking for. This has the adjustment holes set at 1-1/4" apart on center which you can compare with what you have to ensure it is compatible with your current system.
