Since your trailer tire starts with the letter P that means it's for a passenger vehicle and not a trailer you are on the right track replacing them. The closest size is the 225/75-15 which in that size the Westlake part # LHWL304 would be the best option.

This is a Load Range E with capacity of 2,830 lbs at 80 psi, has a speed rating of 75 mph comes with a 2 year roadside assistance program. If your RV or trailer has a flat tire, call the help line and a technician will come change the flat for you. You can call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year from anywhere in the United States, Canada, or Puerto Rico.
