Comparing Cargo Bags for Flexibility and Durability in Cold Weather

I bought a much cheaper bag from you several years ago. I think it is the Rola. The thing I do not like about it is that in any type of cold weather, it is very difficult to work with because it gets so stiff. Will the GearBags 4 and 6 stay more flexible in cold weather?
