What is the height of the outer tube? Do you have a drawing with some additional dimensions?

I reached out to my contact at Bulldog to help. The outer tube of the Bulldog Gooseneck Coupler # BD0289600300 is 20 inches long and 4-1/2 inches wide. The inner tube is 30-3/4 inches of tube with about 3/4 inches of mechanism in addition. It is 4 inches wide. I've attached a photo to assist.

The retracted height of this coupler is 32 inches and the extended height is 40 inches max to allow for proper connection.
