Which bike rack would be best Have 2 pedegro electric bikes, 60 lbs each with batteries which I will take out Rack will be going on the back of a newmar class a motorhome Thanks in advance.

Bike racks made for use on an RV, such as in the rear hitch of a Class A motorhome like your Newmar, must be specifically rated for that RV application. A standard bike carrier made for use on a passenger car cannot handle the extra motion-related stresses found at the rear of a motorhome.
The best option for your 70-lb Pedego e-bikes is the Swagman E-Spec 2-Bike Platform Rack, part # S94FR. It can handle two 70-lb bikes. The E-Spec includes both bike and rack locks. As a wheel-mount type rack it will work for Pedego bikes without front fenders, such as the Interceptor and Trail Tracker.
