The B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1111 referenced in your question, which is confirmed to fit your 2013 Ford F-350, features brackets that mount to the outsides of the frame rails on the truck. As long as your air bags use brackets that mount on the insides of the frame rail, there will be no interference between the two systems.
