I can certainly make some recommendations for a towing set up on your 2007 Toyota Sienna. Starting with a trailer hitch, the most popular hitch for your vehicle is Draw-Tite # 75237. This is a Class III hitch rated for 4,000 pounds gross trailer weight, 400 pounds tongue weight. The trailer you plan to tow is right at this limited. If there is any way you can reduce the weight of the trailer some, it would be more ideal.
I have included a link to the installation details and a video showing a typical installation. For a ball mount, ball, pin and clip, I recommend the etrailer Ball Mount Kit, # EBMK4. The kit includes the recommended ball mount, a Convert-A-Ball interchangeable ball system (1-7/8 and 2 inch diameter balls) and hitch pin with clip, and a carrying bag.
For trailer wiring, use T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness, # 118304. I have included a link to the instructions and a video of the wiring harness as well.
You will want to check your vehicle owners manual because they may also require a transmission cooler and/or other coolers for towing. For a transmission cooler, I recommend the Derale Dyno-Cool, # D12906, which is an economical cooler rated for up to 3,500 pounds. I have included a link to our FAQ article on transmission coolers, and a video showing a typical installation.
