What are the measurements for where the top bar starts to bend down: Stromberg Carlson 100 Series 5th Wheel Tailgate with Open Design for Dodge Trucks Item # VGD-10-100

The Stromberg Carlson 100 Series 5th Wheel Tailgate with Open Design for Dodge Trucks # VGD-10-100 has a measurement from the end to the middle of top bend of 13-1/2 inches. It is about 13 inches from the very start of the bend but 13-1/2 to where it starts to noticeably bend as shown in the attached photo.
