The parts you mentioned may work for you, though you'll need to take some measurements first by taking the hub and drum assembly off of your Loadmaster trailer. The Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-7-SA has a 5 bolt mounting flange pattern and will fit 12" diameter x 2" wide drums and 14-1/2", 15", 16", and 16-1/2" wheels.
As for the grease seals the # RG06-070 have a 2.25 inner diameter and 3.376 outer diameter; you'll need to measure your current seal with a digital caliper such as # PTW80157 and find out if your seals have a matching size. Similarly, you'll need to measure your dust cap hole to find out if the Grease Cap Plug for E-Z Lube Grease Caps # RG04-010 will be a fit for you; the hole will need to measure 1.18" for it to be a fit.
I have added links to video reviews of these parts for you to take a look at.
