Yes, the Rhino-Rack roof rack which consists of the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars # RRVA137B-2, the RLCP Leg Adapters # RRVA-FK2-2, and the RLCP Leg Kit # RRRLCP45 will fit your 2016 Ford Explorer.
This system will install on the flush rails that run front to back of your Explorer and will allow you to use the Upright Roof Bike Carrier # S64720.
