How do I get power to the orange wire at the back of the truck for a charge line 15 f150 charge line with factory 4 way flat

Since you have a 4-way on your 2015 Ford F-150 what you need is the part # 37185 to convert it to a 7-way and then you'll need to tap into the wiring at the rear of the truck frame for the 12 volt power circuit.
I attached a picture that shows where you'll find that wire.
