Recommended Wheel and Tire Size for a 2,000 Lb Trailer Axle

Question:

Is there a trailer tire for a 15x4.5 wheel, used on a single axle trailer of 2000 lbs?

A trailer wheel measuring 15" in diameter by 4.5" wide is a rather uncommon wheel size as most 15" diameter trailer wheels are either 5" or 6" wide. Unfortunately we do not have a tire suitable for your 15" x 4.5" wheels but should you decide to upgrade to a 15" x 5" wheel then you can use the Provider ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 15" White Mod Wheel part # TA47VR as long as your trailer hubs have a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern. If your trailer hubs do not have a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern then please let me know what your bolt pattern is and I would be glad to offer additional recommendations for you.

The Contender tire has a load range C rating which is designed for use with a trailer that has a gross trailer weight (GTW) up to 3,640 lbs. Which is the total capacity when using 2 tires. I have also attached a review video of the wheel/tire combo for you as well.
