Yes, the Curt # C13182 is a confirmed fit for the 2018 Dodge Durango. It is a class III hitch with a 5,000 lb towing capacity and 750 lb tongue weight capacity. If you are looking to tow and need to add a 4-flat the correct harness is # C56336; for a ball mount you would want # C45030 along with either 2" hitch ball # 63845 or 2-5/16" ball # 63847. The pin can clip you need is # C21500.
