Hi, I have a Curt C16536 5th wheel hitch. Will it fit on any rails. I have a custom installation in my truck

The Curt A20 Slider Hitch part # C16541 that you referenced fits the standard fifth wheel rails that are commonly seen which are mounted 22 inches apart on center.
If you measure the distance between the rails in the bed of your truck and they are 22 inches apart this hitch will fit and work well.
