For your 2000 Toyota Tundra with the 4.7L V8 engine, I recommend taking a look at the Derale Series 8000 Plate-Fin Transmission Cooler Kit part # D13503. As long as you have 11" wide x 8-3/4" tall x 7/8" deep of space to mount the cooler in front of your radiator/condenser behind your grill, then this cooler will work well for you. The kit comes with everything you will need to install the cooler.
I have attached both a review and sample installation video for you to check out as well. I recommend installing the cooler after the secondary or auxiliary cooler on your vehicle. In order to do this you would want to take the return line from the secondary/auxiliary cooler and use that to install the new cooler. The return line for the new cooler you will be installing will then need to be routed back to the transmission, not the radiator.
