I am happy to take a look at your axle layout drawing. From what I'm gathering it seems like you have a desire to use an 89 inch 3500 lb axle with 5-on-5 inch bolt pattern.

For your axle, you will want the Dexter Trailer Axle Beam with EZ-Lube Spindles - 89" Long - 3,500 lbs # T3584F-EZ-8974.

For your hub/drums you will want the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 3,500-lb Axles - 5 on 5 - E-Z Lube # 84556UC3-EZ or the idler hubs # 84550UC1-EZ.

For brake assemblies you will want Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit - 10" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 3.5K # 23-468-469.

For hangers and suspension hardware, the Tandem-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for Double Eye Springs - 3-3/4" Tall Front/Center/Rear # APT5 will work well. You will want to use leaf springs rated for your axles and with the distances being slightly different than you listed. I recommend the 3-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 4,000-lb Trailer Axles - 25-1/4" Long # e57SR. When used with your shackle straps and equalizer, A and B should be 29-1/2 inches, C should be 33-1/2 inches, and D will be 4-1/2. See attached photo.

For your trailer wiring, I recommend # 10-1-1 for your trailer brake wiring, and 7-Way Molded Trailer Plug with Junction Box # HS381-9000 for trailer connection.
