You can use the Reese Mopar Rail Adapter part # RP30154 to install your Husky 16k hitch in the bed of your 2018 Ram 3500 with the factory rail kit.

This adapter fits the factory rail kit you have and provides a set of rails that your Husky hitch is compatible with. I attached an install video for this adapter for you to check out as well.
