The Thule EasyFold XT, part # TH903202, will work for a wide variety of electric bikes up to 65 pounds. You can adjust the central holding bar to different heights and rotate it a little bit to adjust to the frame of the bike. This rack includes a ramp to help make loading your bikes easier. The EasyFold is compatible with 1-1/4 inch and 2 inch Class I, Class II, and Class III receivers.
Another option that eliminates a few features in exchange for a higher capacity of 80 pounds is the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE, part # HLY84FR. This rack is only compatible with Class III hitch receivers. It includes hitch and bike locks, and uses frame clamps.
If your frame is too low, you can use a frame adapter bar like part # 64005 to give the frame clamp a level frame to clamp onto.
