Will Yakima Holdup Bike Rack Clear Rear Spare Cover of 2011 Toyota RAV4

Will the Yakima holdup platform rack fit on a 2011 toyota rav4 with hard covered spare tire?

When we installed a Curt hitch part # C13149 on a 2011 Toyota RAV4 we found that the rear covered spare doesn't really extend out past the rear bumper much at all so a hitch bike rack would fit pretty easily and clear the spare. The picture I attached is a view from below a 2011 RAV4 with the Curt hitch installed.
The Yakima Holdup 2 part # Y02443 would very easily clear the rear spare when down and when folded.
