Recommended Suspension Enhancement for 2003 Ford F-350 4x4

Question:

I have a 2003 F350 4x4 with factory overloads top and bottom, factory rear swaybar and a truck camper. I currently have supersprings but still get body roll. Id like to tighten up the rear and I see they recommend using sumosprings with supersprings but dont recommend which type. It appears there is a style that replaces bumpstops and another like this that goes between the leaf above the axle and a frame mount. Thank you!

For your 2003 Ford F-350 4x4, I recommend the SuperSprings Custom Suspension Stabilizer and Sway Control Kit # SSA22 as well as the SumoSprings Rebel Custom Helper Springs - 2 Piece - Rear Axle # SSR-101-47-2. These springs are designed to compress up to 50 percent under the load, but will not increase your weight carrying capacity. They are a bolt on installation and are maintenance free. They will help absorb bumps and shocks as well as keep your vehicle level.

If body roll is your biggest concern, then I recommend the SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs - Rear Axle # SSR-114-47 instead because it is a single unit that will remain attached top and bottom at all times to maintain support.
