Re: 2012 Tacoma off road package. 01. whats the difference between: T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector with factory 7-Way and the Replacement Multi-Tow 7-Way and 4 Pole Trailer Connector with factory 7-Way 02. do i need any modifications?

The part # 74682 is a new 7-way and 4-way that will connect to the round trailer wiring harness you have on your vehicle that a 7-way normally attaches to.
The T-One part # 118384 instead would be a way to add a 4-way to your 2012 Toyota Tacoma if it has a working 7-way already.
