I recommend first checking the brake output circuit on the 7-Way connector for your Ford F-350. You can use a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to check for voltage at this circuit when using the manual override on the brake controller. If there is no voltage present, then the issue is actually on the truck side. You will want to check the brake controller and wiring for any bad connections, damaged areas, etc and fix as needed.

If there is voltage at the connector, then the issue is somewhere on the wiring from the trailer 7-Way to your HydraStar Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator. Check the trailer connector for any corrosion or debris - anything that might cause a short, and then trace the wiring up to the actuator, testing for voltage and making sure the actuator is receiving voltage when the manual override on the brake controller is applied.

If you still are unable to find and resolve the issue, please let me know and I will be happy to look into this further.
