Recommended Electric Trailer Brake Assembly for 6K Axles

Question:

I have a set of what I think are 6000# axels please let me know if you can tell from my pictures attached that have a brake mounting flange with 10 holes in it. The flange measures approximately 8 1/4 across. The electric brake assembly I removed and need to replace have 5 bolts attached that are 7 1/8 diagonal. Do you carry anything like that Additionally I need a quote for 2 brake flanges for 3 axle tubes the spindle seats measure 2.5, 3 sets left and right of the Dexter 12x2 self adjusting electric brakes, and 3 sets left and right of 6x5.5 brake drum/hubs to match. The spindle dimensions are as or have a suggestion for what I can replace them with? follows...Inner Bearing - 1.75 Outer Bearing - 1.25 Dust Seal - 2.25. Please let me know if you can tell me if the requested electric brakes and flanges will match up to the axles in the pictures. Give me a call if you have any questions, thank you for your help!

The brake flange for 3 inch axle tubes is the Redline Brake Mounting Flange for 3" Round Axle # 4-44-1 which has a 5 on 3-7/8 inch bolt pattern. This is the industry standard and I don't have anything like what your mentioned with 10 holes and 8-1/4 inches apart.

For the brake assemblies you mentioned which are compatible with the 5 bolt flange listed above, I recommend the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit - 12" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 7K # 23-464-465. For compatible hubs with the dimensions you gave, I recommend the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 5,200-lb Axles - 12" Diameter - 6 on 5-1/2 # 8-201-5UC3.

Unfortunately your picture did not come through, but from what you have written, I don't believe these brake assemblies will work with your current flanges unless you are able to drill other mounting holes that won't impede function.
