Trailer Hitch Recommendation with Minimum Frame Adjustment for a 2017 Jeep Renegade
Question:
I want to buy a direct fit hitch for my 2017 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. I will be using it for a cargo rack and bike rack. Is there a hitch that I dont have to drill or enlarge holes?

The best option that we have for what you are looking for is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13269. It is a custom fit for your 2017 Jeep Renegade, but it may require you to enlarge one of the holes to allow room for the spacer. This is the best option for you. I have attached a video of this hitch being installed on a 2016 Jeep Renegade that you can use as a reference.
This trailer hitch option does require the use of a Stabilizer Strap # 18050 for any non-trailer loads per the Curt warranty.
This hitch will do an excellent job being able to carry a cargo tray or bike rack, but you may want to consider installing vehicle wiring on your Renegade as well. If your bikes or cargo will prohibit people behind you seeing your tail lights then you will want to install the Tekonsha T-One # 118651 and use some lights, like the Magnetic Lights # C6304, to let people know what you are doing.
An installation video has been attached for the wiring harness as well.
