Replacement 7-Way Recommendation for 2003 Ford F-250

Will this work on my 2003 ford f250? I have a seven pole aftermarket set up on there now that i want to replace

I have a great solution to replace the 7-way you have on your 2003 Ford F-250, but it is not the # 118243 that you referenced. Instead you would want the part # 74682 which is a confirmed fit and will plug right into the round connector your old 7-way plugs into.
This also will give you a 4-way connector that you can use as well.
