Lug Nut Recommendation for Kenda KR25 ST145R12 Radial Trailer Tire with 12 Aluminum Wheel AM31208

I am considering to upgrade from my steel wheels on my pop up camper to these aluminum wheels part #31208. Can I use the same lug nuts? Or are there different recommended Lug Nuts for part #AM31208 vs a steel wheel lug nuts?

You will most likely have to go to a longer lug nut when switching to aluminum trailer wheel # AM31208. There isn't enough space for a tool to get a good grip on a regular lug nut. The recommend lug nut is Americana Trailer Wheel Lug Nut - Stainless Steel - 1/2"-20 - Qty 1 # AM26NR. It is sold in quantities of 1. You could also use Chrome Trailer Wheel Lug Nut - 1/2" Item # 12CLN. It is also sold in quantities of 1.
