All of the 2-inch Class III hitches made for your 2015 Jeep Cherokee (Latitude, Latitude Altitude, Limited, and Sport versions) are shown on the linked page. Of these three hitches from Curt and etrailer, parts # C13172 and # e73ZR, feature a concealed hitch cross tube. This means that really the only part of the hitch that shows after installation is the receiver tube where you will install a towing ball mount or a hitch-mounted accessory like a bike rack. In all cases the hitch will be positioned under the bumper cover.
If you refer to the linked installation videos, one for each of the three hitches available, you can see the installed appearance of the hitch, as well as the entire installation process. All three hitches offer no-drilling installation using included hardware.
There are larger size receiver hitches made for certain vehicles like pickups, both 2-1/2-inch and 3-inch sizes, but none of these is offered for a passenger vehicle like the 2015 Jeep Cherokee.
If you are referring to a hitch reducer sleeve, we do have these. Part # 337RTA302 installs in a 3-inch hitch and reduces the receiver opening down to 2-inches. Part # C45405 fits into a 2-1/2-inch hitch and reduces it to 2-inches. Part # HT02 fits into a 2-inch hitch and reduces it to 1-1/4-inches. All such items are shown on the linked page. These will fit into the receiver tubes of the hitches referenced.
