The size of the spare tire cover you need will depend on the overall diameter - or height - of the tire. For example, the Adco Spare Tire Cover # 290-1737 is for tires that have a diameter of 27". So if you measured your tire and it was 27 inches from top to bottom, this would fit. There are also covers such as the Classic Accessories Universal Fit Spare Tire Cover # 052963753875 which fit multiple sizes; this cover fits tires that are between 30" and 33".

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
