Does the c45341 fit snug in 2inch receivers without any wobble or rattle between the receiver and the ball mount hitch?

Curt Heavy Duty Forged Ball Mount for 2" Hitches - 3" Rise - 4" Drop - 17,000 lbs Item # C45341 is going to fit in the receiver the same as any ball mount. That is to say that the receiver opening is slightly larger than the ball mount shank so it can go in/out easily without binding up. There will be some movement but how much movement is acceptable is subjective to the individual. What is fine for one person might be too much for you.
You can limit movement by using an anti-rattle device such as Blue Ox Hitch Receiver Immobilizer II - 2" Hitches # BX88224. This anti-rattle device limits movement vertically AND horizontally. Most other devices only do one or the other!
