Upgrading Suspension on a KZ MTX20 Tandem Axle Toy Hauler Trailer
Question:
I have an MTX20 by KZ, it is a toyhauler, Ive added about 800lb worth of battery capacity under-hung on frame directly in front of axles, I do occasionally haul my Harley tour-bike with. Looking for an air-ride and add-on shock kit for this tandem axle trailer...

To add air ride suspension to your KZ toy hauler you can use Lippert Components Trailair by Center Point Air-Ride Suspension Upgrade - Tandem Axle Item # LC1565391. What I would do is first try this and see if it does the trick or if you want to add more suspension enhancement to the trailer. The more things you add the stiffer the suspension can be and that may have the opposite effect (make the ride very stiff). With the air ride system you can adjust the air pressure if it seems to stiff.
If you do determine that you also want to install shocks we have 2 kits. Kit # LC281255 is designed for 2-3/8 inch round axles and # LC281281 is for 3 inch round axles. One kit per axle is recommended.
