For any kind of an alternate frame e-bike, your best rack is always going to be a wheel-mount, platform style carrier that fits into a trailer hitch. This is because the weight capacity and ease of loading are the best possible solution for carrying your e-bikes safely and easily.
One of my favorite racks for e-bikes is the Yakima HoldUp, part # Y02443 . It is a wheel mount carrier that can hold a massive 60lbs per bike on a Class III hitch. It includes an integrated hitch and cable lock that improves the security of the rack. Additionally, the rack's locking bars allow for a wide variety of wheel, accessory and brake configurations to be used in the carrier. This rack can also be converted to a 4-bike carrier with part # Y02446, doubling your capacity,
If you don't already have one, the Draw-Tite Max Frame, part # 75772 for 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport models and part # 75776 for the Limited and SE models, gives you the best capacities and ease of installation for your vehicle.
I've included a link to a video installation for both hitches, and a link to our installation guide to help make installing it as smooth as possible. You'll also need a pair of tin snips like part # PT79ZR to cut an underbody panel, but no drilling will be required.
