Hello, everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at this three-piece aviation tin snips set has a left cut snip, a right cut snip and a center cut snip. Now these are aviation tin snips, which makes it easily which will allow you to easily cut tight curves and straight lines. Now regular tin snips are used to cut sheet metal in simpler cases have worked pretty much just like scissors. These are aviation snips. As the name suggests, they we're developed to cut metal in aviation manufacturing industry, but they're still used by HVAC techs and other trades people.
Aviation snips basically are able to exert a higher force compared to other types of snips of the same size because of the design of their linkage. These have a nice ergonomic grip tool. They do use the non-slip serrated chrome Vanadium jaws. And again you can see this set will include an left cut aviation snip. So in other words, when you unlock this one and you go to cut, that's gonna cut left for you.
You can see how that sort of curves, and they do put it as a color. so you know which one's which. That's a red color. The right cut. In other words, you unlock it again.
And once you unlock it and you're cutting this way you can see it curves that way, so it'll go to the right You're gonna lock that one. And then the center cut which allowed to go in a straight line again, if you unlock that one. And you could see the jaws are actually made to go in a straight line. So it gives you three different ones. But that should do it for the review on the three piece aviation tin snips set..
