Pneumatic Troubleshooting 101

I have installed a firestone airbag and compressor set and the bags air up fine and compressor work properly by gauge does not read at all

I have attached a pneumatic diagram for you of the air compressor kit both with and without an air tank. You will want to look at these to ensure your air lines are attached in the proper locations. Once you have ensured you have the airlines ran correctly, I recommend checking the system for leaks.
The easiest way to check the system for leaks would involve mixing up a spray bottle of soapy water. You will then want to spray all the airlines and fittings down to check for leaks. The most common location of leaks are where the air line attaches to the fitting. This can definitely be done using Air Hose Cutter # AL10530.
If you have ensured that all airlines are ran correctly and you do not have any air leaks, the gauge may be faulty and you will want to replace it using the Single Function Air Spring Control Panel part # F2572. I recommend calling Firestone before you replace any of the components in the kit as they may be covered under warranty.
