I went out into our warehouse and measured a Bulldog Jack, Sidewind Swivel, part # BD1541150301, and found that when the jack is fully extended the amount of the inner tube that is exposed is 11 inches.
The overall length when the jack is fully extended is 27-13/16 inches.
The inner tube diameter is 2 inches.
If you wanted a wheel for the bottom of this jack I would recommend a replacement 6 inch caster, part # BD500245. You should note that this would reduce the overall capacity from 2,000 lbs to 1,200 lbs.
If you would also like a footplate, I would recommend a Bulldog detachable footplate, part # BD018564. This has capacities that are more than that of the # BD1541150301, so it would not limit the capacity of the jack at all.
