For your 2018 Honda Odyssey, the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 76170 is a confirmed fit. The hands free liftgate sensor will need to be replaced to give you adequate space for the hitch. The video does not give you part numbers, but does give you this information at the 5:22 mark of the attached video.

This is not a requirement of the Draw-Tite, so that is my recommendation for your vehicle. Your sensor will be limited to either side of the center as the center section is blocked by the hitch receiver tube.
