The only way to know if the Roadmaster Polyurethane Bushing Kit for 1-1/2" Diameter, Factory Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-4139-125 will fit the rear sway bar on your 2002 Ford F-53 chassis is for you to measure them using a Digital Caliper, like part # PTW80157.
Since different RV manufacturers will install their own preferred equipment on any given chassis you have a much more guarantee of a fit if you can check the measurement physically.
