If you plan on flat towing your 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited there are a number of parts that you will need. There is only one real plug and play option when it comes to wiring, which is Magnetic Towing Light Kit # # RM-2120.
You are also going to need base plate kits, and I recommend the Roadmaster EZ4 # RM-521448-4. For a tow bar, a great option would be the Roadmaster Falcon 2 # RM-520, and the safety chains to go with it are # RM-643. A supplemental braking system is now required in most states if you want to flat two, and I recommend taking a look at the Roadmaster InvisiBrake Supplemental Braking System # RM-8700.
Additionally, you will likely need a high-low adapter, and I've added a link to a help article explaining how to choose the right one. I have also added links to video installations and reviews for you to take a look at.
