Trailer Hitch Mount Bike Rack Recommendations for a 2006 Honda CR-V
Question:
What is the best bike rack for my Honda CRV 2006 SE that has a tire on the back. I need something easy to use with as much stability as possible. I have a 1.25 trailer hitch without wiring.

The first thing you are going to want to do is measure from the center of the hitch pin hole out to however far is needed to clear the spare tire. If that distance is less than 5-3/4 inches then Thule Camber 2 Bike Rack part # TH9058 is a great option for your 2006 Honda CR-V.
The Camber is a simple rack with anti-sway cradles and a threaded hitch bolt which limits movement of the rack in the hitch. Depending on the types of bikes you want to carry you may also need an adapter bar, # 64005. I have linked a video showing how the adapter works.
Another option is the Curt # C18085 2-bike rack, which supports up to 90 pounds. This rack holds the bikes at the wheels so no adapter bar would be needed. It measures 12 inches from the center of the pin hole to the nearest part of the rack but keep in mind that the first bike will fit closer to the vehicle. I have linked a video of this rack as well.
