Want to install Yakima kayak carrier Pt# Y04083-0482 on my Trac Rac crossbar, are any additional parts needed Thx

The size of the TracRac crossbars will not let you install the Yakima Kayak Carrier # Y04083-04082.

The only option is to use Thule Surf Pad # TH845000. You will also want some tie-downs to secure the bow and stern of the kayak. I also recommend bow and stern tie-downs like the Thule Quick Draw Tie-Down Ropes # TH855XT.
