Im looking for a hitch recommendation so that I can use the Yakima HoldUp 2-bike rack on my 2006 Honda CRV. THank you.

For a 2 inch hitch confirmed as a fit for your 2006 Honda CR-V the Draw Tite hitch part # 75690 that you referenced would be exactly what you would need. This will work well with the Yakima Holdup part # Y02443 you are interested in.
If you ever needed to expand the bike rack to a 4 bike rack you'd only need the part # Y02446.
