Bike Rack Solution for 2003 Land Rover Discovery II
Question:
Hi Trailer, I have a 2003 Land Rover Discovery II and I want to carry at least 3 bikes. I prefer a spare tire mount and the Surco BT300 seems like a reasonable solution, though, it is not confirmed to fit Given that I need to carry three bikes and I desire a spare tire mount, Id like to know WHY the BT300 will not fitinch - is the mounting post too short to exit the tire? is the bolt pattern an issue arent they standard? is there a solution you offer? My ideal set up would be a spare mounted platform that will accommodate two bikes and expand to two more. If no platform then perhaps a hanging three bike solution? Thanks! Best,

The Surco part # BT300 just hasn't been test fit on your vehicle. There's a chance the rack would fit, but in reality we can't say for certain. However, the Malone Runway Spare Tire Bike Rack for 3 Bikes - Adjustable Arms
Item # MPG2148 is a confirmed fit and should meet your needs.
