Location of Electronic Trailer Brake Controller Wiring on a 2007 GMC Yukon Denali
Question:
I need to get a wiring diagram to install it in a 2007 GMC YUKON DENALI . I did read what the wires on the Voyager go to but under my dash there are way to many wires to distinguish where to hook em up to. Thanks

The wiring to install a brake controller like the Voyager, # 39510, can be found under the dash, below the steering column near the brake pedal. If you look up under that point you should see a bundle of wires held together with a white tag. The tag lists the functions of the wires.
Wiring color and function can change from year to year in the same vehicle but it could be that the red wire on the Yukon attaches to the black wire on the brake controller. The dark blue wire will go to the brake controller blue wire. The light blue wire will connect to the brake controller red wire, and the white wire will connect to the white wire. If anything is different on your vehicle it should be listed on the tag.
If you do not already have one, I recommend the Pigtail Wiring Harness, # 7894. One end plugs into the brake controller and the other end gets hardwired to the truck wiring. If the Yukon does not already have a factory installed 7-Way trailer connector, you will also need Multi-Tow 7-Way and 4-Way Trailer Connector, # 30955.
