Higher Speed Rating tire for Size 4.80/4.00-8
Question:
I have 4.80 / 4/ 8 trailer tires and the rim say they can only safely travel 55 mph i am getting to road trip the trailer aprox 500 miles will these tires allow me to go 70 mph or should i replace with something else thanks for your time

I can't recommend you exceed the speed rating of your trailer tires. We do carry a tire in your size though of 4.80/4.00-8 which does have the correct speed rating. The part # AM10004 has a 65 mph speed rating which would at least be a little higher than what you have.
